Middy Home does not sell, trade, or transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information.
Middy Home may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

• To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
• To quickly process your transactions, custom orders and gift orders.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Such information is contained behind secured networks to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via current technology and then encrypted to be only accessed as above.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information, including gift recipients so that we can fulfill a gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for any other purposes.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include links on our site to stores or news and we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback on any linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Shipment of Order: Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address complies with Middy Home policies. All purchases on the Middy Home website are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the website. Orders may take up to six weeks or more for delivery as many Middy Home products are custom made for your specific order. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Middy Home website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You, the buyer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Errors and Inaccuracies: Middy Home always works hard to provide accurate, up-to-date information on the Middy Home website, however, despite these efforts there can and will be human or technological errors that occur.
