Middy Home does not sell, trade, or transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information.
Middy Home may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

• To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
• To quickly process your transactions, custom orders and gift orders.

Shipment of Order: Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address complies with Middy Home policies. Orders may take up to six weeks or more for delivery as many Middy Home products are custom made for your specific order. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Middy Home website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You, the buyer are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
